The Origins of Baseball.
No one knows for sure where baseball exacted originated.
However, most baseball buffs will concur that the sport is based
on the English game of rounders. In the United States, baseball
became popular in the early 1800's, originally known as
townball. At a later date, the sport was renamed baseball.

they cut about 12 games off the season (is 150 not enough?). Now
at least we wont have to hear about 'the curse', now we just

It has been almost 60 years since Jackie Robinson broke
baseball's color barrier, and now blacks dominate Major League
Baseball. Even so, blacks were kept out of the more
'intellectual' positions or sports. In the NFL, Quarterback was

There are a lot of places on the internet to get the most up to
date sports news, but finding one that has the latest breaking
news is quite a trick. What happens to me all the time I will
hear a sports score on the news radio station and go crazy
trying to find scores as they are updating. The worst is when
they announce a trade concerning your favorite team or your
favorite sports player and they only give half of the details.
